Scholarships for Italian Citizens Residing Abroad (I.R.E.)

The Italian Government offers Italian citizens residing abroad (Italiani Residenti all'estero) the opportunity to study in Italy. Scholarships are for both short and long term study and generally favor postgraduate research.

Applicants must be of Italian citizenship and have resided abroad for a period of no less than 2 years. As age limitations and prerequisites often apply, rules & regulations may be sought at the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
